CelWel seems to work wonderfully for 75% of patients. It does not seem to benefit the remaining 25% of patients. If we cannot help you, we will not take your money.

Here's how the full process works:

Step 1 — Before you start: When you order, you will receive an email with a link to our “Before” symptom survey (there will also be a QR code in your box). You rate your own symptoms. Be as honest as you can — the more accurate your baseline, the more meaningful your report will be.

Step 2 — Take CelWel for 3 weeks: Follow the instructions in your kit. Most people notice changes within the first 7–14 days.

Step 3 — Your personal report: About three weeks after your Before survey, we'll send you a link to the After survey. Once you complete it, we'll generate your personal Health Status Report showing exactly how your symptoms changed across every area tracked. If you enter your practitioner's name, we'll send a copy to them as well.

Step 4 — We will refund you, automatically. If your Health Status Report does not show at least a 10% reduction in symptoms, We refund you your $149. You don't even need to ask.
