WHY IT MATTERS

Long COVID disrupts daily life in measurable ways.

Long COVID is often associated with lingering fatigue, brain fog, shortness of breath, mood changes, and reduced quality of life. This study focused heavily on fatigue because it remains one of the most common and disruptive post-COVID symptoms reported by patients.

Fatigue scores improved

Mean fatigue scores decreased from 43.30 to 32.30 after 14 days — a statistically significant improvement.

C19-YRS symptoms improved

Improvements were reported across fatigue, cognition, anxiety, depression, mobility, personal care, usual activities, social role, and global health perception.

Biomarkers trended positively

PASC-related inflammatory score decreased in 11 of 15 participants over the study period.

Safety labs remained normal

All bloodwork and biochemical safety parameters stayed within normal range. No adverse events were reported.
