Shake bottle well before using dropper
Use the dropper to put 0.4ml of CelWel under the tongue and wait 15 seconds before swallowing.
Do not eat or drink for the next five minutes to maximize absorption.
DAY 1
Take 0.4ml every 15 minutes for the first hours (4 or 5 times) then every hour until bed.
DAYS 2 and 3
Take 6 times per day (every 2 to 3 hours)
DAYS 4 through 14
Take 4 times per day (every 3 to 4 hours)
